Designed exclusively for solo practitioners handling cases from LMIC-approved Lawyer Referral Services/Bar Associations

The coverage afforded through the Association Referral Service Program is offered to the solo practitioner and provides coverage for claims arising out of cases referred to you by participating LMIC-approved Lawyer Referral Services on or after the effective date of the policy. This policy complies with the California State Bar's Minimum Standards that require all Lawyer Referral Service members to provide evidence of insurance as a condition of membership.

• Low annual premium of $500 for coverage with any one participating Referral Service. **
• Additional participating Referral Services may be added at a cost of $200 each.
• Many LMIC member benefits during the policy period, including Loss Prevention Bulletins.
  

Upon approval and issuance, this no prior acts policy will provide limits of liability in the amount of $100,000 per claim/$300,000 per annual aggregate, and a $1,000 deductible covering claims arising out of cases referred to you by your participating Bar Association Referral Service on or after the effective date of the policy.**

In order to qualify for this Program, you must:

• Be a solo practitioner;
• Be claims free
• Have no knowledge of any error, omission or disagreement with any former or current client which might give rise to a claim or suit;
• Have had no disciplinary proceedings brought against you by any State Bar;
• Have your principal office located in the state of California; and
• Be a current member in good standing with the State Bar of California
