2011 Dividend Declared
Your Board of Directors has voted to issue an 8% dividend to all policyholders of record
as of November 1, 2011. The dividend will be based on the premium paid by the policyholder on a one year policy with an effective date between November 1, 2009 to October 31, 2010.
